VANITIES

Where are your vanities made?

-Our vanities are crafted in the USA! 

 Can I customize a special size outside of the standard sizes?

-Yes you can! Please email orders@northandmadison.com to inquire about pricing.

How long is the lead time? 

-4-6 weeks however, we try our hardest to deliver as fast as possible.

Do you ship outside of the Chicagoland area?

-Yes, please email orders@northandmadison.com to inquire about shipping rates.

 Do I have to purchase the countertop?

-No, you can simply purchase the vanity base and have your contractor or stone fabricator handle your stone application.

Will my countertop be attached? 

-For local deliveries within the Chicagoland area, the vanity base and countertop will be delivered in two pieces. This helps the delivery team when on-site with your vanity. We recommend having your contractor or installation professional place, secure, and seal the countertop on site using an appropriate stone adhesive and sealant.

For out-of-state and shipped orders, the countertop will be professionally secured to the vanity by our product team and packaged together in a single shipping carton for safe and efficient delivery.

How will I schedule my delivery?

-Once production of your vanity is complete, our team will coordinate the delivery process.

For local Chicagoland deliveries, we will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time.

For out-of-state shipments, your order will be scheduled for freight pickup as soon as it is ready. Once your shipment reaches the destination terminal, the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.

Are vanities returnable?

-Because each vanity is made to order, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives with a manufacturer defect or damage, please contact us at orders@northandmadison.com as soon as possible so our team can review and assist with a resolution. 

If my vanity is freighted how does it arrive? 

-It professionally packaged in a crate and must be unpacked with a screw driver or drill.

RETURN POLICY

Vanities: Every vanity is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please measure carefully and double check all the detailed product specs (linked), talk to your home professional before completing your purchase. If anything arrives damaged or needs paint touch ups, please contact orders@northandmadison.com

Wallpaper: Every order is custom printed. We do not accept returns or exchanges. For damages or issues please contact orders@northandmadison.com. Please measure carefully or consult a wallpaper hanging professional for quantities.
