VANITIES

Where are your vanities made?

Our vanities are 100% made in the USA. 

 

Can I customize a special size outside of the standard sizes?

-Yes you can! Please email order@northandmadison.com to inquire

 

How long is the lead time? 

-4-6 weeks however, we try our hardest to deliver as fast as possible.

 

Can you ship outside of the Chicago 1 hour radius? 

-Yes, please email orders@northandmadison.com to inquire shipping fees

 

Do I have to purchase stone?

-No, you can just purchase the vanity base and have your contractor or stone fabricator handle your stone application

 

Will my stone be attached? 

-No, for shipping purposes we want to lessen the risk of damage and in addition the stone is heavy and makes it heavier once attached to the vanity . The stone needs to be attached properly once on site and the vanity is installed securely. Please use an epoxy based adhesive once you are ready to install 

 

How will I schedule my delivery?

-We will reach out to schedule your delivery after purchase is confirmed. Please use your order confirmation to predict your order’s timeline.

 

Are vanities returnable?

All orders placed with North and Madison Home are made per order and can not be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

What are the vanity shipping details?

*Free shipping within one hour of Chicago. Inquire for shipping prices outside the Chicagoland area.   

Custom furniture has an average production time of 4-6 weeks. Please reference your order confirmation for the anticipated ready-to-ship date. You will be contacted when we are ready to ship to schedule delivery.  

Stone top will not be attached. Local deliveries, the sink is attached to the stone so it will come in 2 pieces.   

 Orders containing more than one item will be shipped together and delivered at the same time. 

Delivery will be made to a room of your choice on the first floor. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or with a building attendant. Please note, you are responsible for bringing items into your home. Assembly (attaching the stone to the vanity), install and debris removal are not included.

Our wallpaper is artist-designed and made in the USA.

 

RETURN POLICY

Vanities: Every vanity is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please measure carefully and double check all the detailed product specs (linked), talk to your home professional before completing your purchase. If anything arrives damaged or needs paint touch ups, please contact orders@northandmadison.com

Wallpaper: Every order is custom printed. We do not accept returns or exchanges. For damages or issues please contact orders@northandmadison.com. Please measure carefully or consult a wallpaper hanging professional for quantities.
